GENERAL SUMMARY

The Rehab Tech Lead will provide and promote excellence in patient care by oversight of Rehab Techs and Interns assigned to the Rehab Department. This role will manage the sanitation and cleanliness of the department. Additionally, this role will assist the Exercise Physiologist with patients in the Gym Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Rehab Tech Lead will assist the Physical Therapists in providing care to patients by:

· Leading, training, and onboarding all Rehab Techs and Interns in the Rehab Department, including managing the schedules of part-time Rehab Tech employees;

· Assist in the Fitness Gym at Cooper Green;

· Daily maintenance of the equipment, including managing chemicals and cleaning;

· Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of rooms, therapy areas, and equipment.

· Administrative and Office tasks; and,

· Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

· High School Diploma/GED

· At least six (6) months of experience.

· CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role’s work location is on-site.

The Rehab Tech lead may require standing, stooping, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

This role will require extensive safety training.

PAY RANGE

$15.00-20.30/hour
