General Responsibilities:
Ensures the reliability, security and advancement of the organization’s computing environment by overseeing enterprise-level system administration functions, guiding technology lifecycle management, and sustaining a robust server and infrastructure ecosystem. Emphasizes proactive evaluation of emerging solutions, continuous optimization of system performance, and responsive support that maintains seamless access to critical services. Provides strategic technical guidance to align hardware and platform capabilities with organizational growth, while upholding rigorous standards for integration, configuration, and operational stability across all environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Deploys the release of new technology.
2. Designs, installs, configures, maintains, and performs system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, related utilities, and hardware.
3. Researches, evaluates, and recommends software and hardware products.
4. Supports web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
5. Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.
6. Installs new servers and maintains the server infrastructure.
7. Trouble shoots server problems as reported by users.
8. Performs other duties as assigned

Salary Pay Range: $57,940 – $75,320

Master's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
