GENERAL SUMMARY
To clean all areas of responsibility in patient/non-patient areas and inside/outside the facility. Removes trash and linen, polices grounds, moves furnishings, sets up conference rooms and performs required cleaning functions related to transferring/discharging patients. Position requires:
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
• Climbing stairs.
• Performing tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and walking significant distances between within/and outside building.
• Working in confined spaces.
• Working within extreme temperature ranges.
• Wearing gloves and other PPE as required to perform job duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Completes cleaning of assigned area within allotted time and in a thorough manner.
2. Sanitizes entire patient/guest room upon discharge or transfer.
3. Polices grounds, removes trash, moves furnishing/equipment as required. Sets up rooms for functions
4. Completes appropriate paperwork to report maintenance problems or needed repairs.
5. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
6. Cleaning floors to include striping and waxing
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience cleaning floors to include striping and waxing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
The work location for this role is onsite.
