PROGRAM MANAGER II

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implements and manages all aspects of studies/protocols under the direction of project director and study PI.
2. Drafts study materials including protocol, timeline, operation manual, and training manual for field center staff.
3. Responsible for IRB protocol management and documentation for compliance with best practices and requirements of regulatory agencies.
4. Serves as liaison with external research partners and supports communication between study team members.
5. Assists the study Director and Investigators with other tasks associated with the daily operations of the study as needed.
6. Project management skills include, but not limited to, keeping track of multiple components/sub studies, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and coordinating among multiple partners and collaborators.
7. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills to work well with a diverse project team.
8. Experience managing biospecimen supplies, storage, and tracking management.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.


Salary Pay Range: $51,270 – $83,330


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
