Description
Under general supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. May supervise support staff. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.
UAB Montgomery Street Psychiatry Program is seeking a Program Coordinator to work with providers to coordinate care for Montgomery unhoused population to include inventory, operational and financial support of the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Medicine and supply inventory management
- Operational planning, coordinating clinic sites throughout City
- Financial-Executing contracts with vendors, managing invoices and payment of supplies and medicines.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $15.00 - $21.95
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
