Description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a PROGRAM COORDINATOR II to support the Orthodontics Program Director with residency onboarding, offboarding and assist with carrying out established program directives. Assist with financial reports for review and submission, assist with grants and contract preparation and submission. Coordinate administrative, personnel and logistical support for the department.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Carries out administrative, personnel and logistical support for the department program, often or a large and/or complex nature.
- Maintain and prepare department's financial reports, preparation/submission of grants and/or contract.
- Responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties.
- Supports Program Director with residency onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating established program objectives.
- Follows established guidelines or protocols.
- May handle data management and assist with schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
(Hourly Rates: $18.35 - $29.20)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
