Salary Range: $104,045 - $169,075
General Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and supporting a framework to manage major strategic organizational projects. Provides recommendations on which programs should be initiated based on a thorough assessment of costs, risks, timelines, and strategic importance of projects. Supports and manages the integration of new business units. Defines and develops best practices for operations integration and implementation. Monitors performance and recommends changes and improvements to project leads. Reports projects advancement to executive leadership. Ensures alignment with policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensures the organization has the right capabilities, capacity, and resources to support growth and new business models.
2. Partners with functional teams to efficiently extend capabilities to new acquisitions and new business models.
. Participates in evaluating potential acquisitions or partners that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
4. Defines performance metrics, standards, and methods to establish integration success. Oversees the development and assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business/integration initiatives, either function-specific or across the organization. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear and attainable targets.
5. Supports change management plans associated with integration by leveraging and developing key stakeholder relationships to obtain support and buy-in for changes; ensures executive leadership, project/program champions, and business units communicate and align improvement initiatives to guide long-term organization strategy; empowers stakeholders to embrace a change management mindset, understand intent and purpose, and foster a culture of change.
6. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders; ensures alignment and support across all levels of the organization.
7. Supports and refines methodologies for strategy translation, implementation, and measurement, including identifying the business problem, evaluating potential strategies, prioritizing moves, and developing strategy roadmaps. Partners with Strategic Planning and operational teams on documenting and disseminating best practices of strategy translation into execution. Ensures that these methodologies are applied consistently and effectively across the organization.
8. Ensures the appropriate engagement of internal and external parties in all activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
