Pay Range: $18.35 - $29.80 / hour

Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, the Quality Support Specialist performs a wide range of advanced administrative and operational duties of a confidential and complex nature to support the Radiology Imaging Quality and Education Manager, Compliance Specialists, and Radiology Educators. This role involves independent preparation of correspondence, management of records, and creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases. The specialist will develop and manipulate data within Excel, support data reporting, and help maintain documentation for quality and compliance purposes. The role also includes establishing and maintaining organized filing systems and performing both routine and specialized clerical functions to support the department s operational and regulatory goals. This position is responsible for assisting with departmental compliance initiatives, regulatory readiness, and the ongoing oversight and coordination of lead apron enterprise wide.
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and in Internet usage. Proficient in the use of general office equipment. Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology and Cerner electronic health record.
