Description
The Researcher Lead will join a large cellular immunology lab and aide in studies related to immune responses in the mouse intestine during infectious models of disease. Responsibilities include: - design and perform in vivo and in vitro experiments as directed by supervisor and senior lab staff - collect, enter, summarize and analyze data - assist with maintenance and management of a complex mouse colony
Duties & Responsibilities

Required Skills
Experience with basic immunological techniques: tissue dissociation and cell isolation, multicolor flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry
Experience with basic molecular biology techniques: DNA and RNA isolation, PCR and RT-PCR
Proficiency with mouse handling, dosing, and tissue harvesting
Experience maintaining genetically modified mouse strains
Annual Salary Range: $52,555 - $85,400
Qualifications
Master's degree in Biology, Micro-Biology, Animal Science or a related field and one (1) years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in Biology, Micro-Biology, Animal Science or related field and three (3) years of related experience OR Associate's degree in Biology, Micro-Biology, Animal Science or related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
