The HEART-NET Program Director oversees program development, administration, and strategic growth with a high degree of independence. Responsibilities include establishing objectives, managing fiscal activities, supervising staff, securing funding, and ensuring efficient research operations. This role also serves as the primary liaison for senior leadership, faculty, research teams, and the advisory board.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct the operational, administrative, and financial functions of HEART-NET to ensure efficient program execution.
- Oversee the development and growth of HEART-NET's infrastructure, including research collaborations and network expansion.
- Facilitate research engagement by managing processes for feasibility assessments, study start-up, study coordination, data management, and performance monitoring.
- Serve as the liaison between HEART-NET and senior leadership, faculty, advisory boards, clinics, and external partners to align strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support HEART-NET's long-term sustainability, including grant writing and securing funding opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $60,835 - $89,000
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
