The University of Alabama Temporary Services is seeking a Temp Program Administrator II communicates across the SON and UAB campus using clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
This individual may perform special assignments, such as researching information, compiling reports
· Manages calendar for and with the Associate Dean.
· Arranges and facilitates meetings for the Associate Dean.
· May take or transcribe and prepare meeting minutes for meetings, committees, and/or task forces as requested by the Associate Dean.
· Prepares and manages expense reimbursements/ travel/purchases
· Manages office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· MUST have strong organizational skills
· MUST have strong communication skills as this person will be working with faculty candidates
· Prior UAB experience is highly desired
o Or experience with a university
