Pay Range: $109,250.00 - $177,530.00 / year

Job Description:
To align the goals and objectives of acute therapy with those of the organization, to oversee the implementation of major initiatives/growth and change strategies, to coach and develop the Acute Therapy Team to meet the goals of the acute therapy department and develop the acute therapy team in order to produce optimum patient outcomes by identifying and implementing best practice in the inpatient acute, ambulatory neonate audiology, and occupational therapy in the Burn Clinic.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a therapy-related profession (PT, OT, ST, MT) and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Quality and Safety. Five (5) years of clinical experience and at least two (2) years of leadership experience, which can be concurrent with clinical experience requirement. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Current Physical, Occupational, Speech, or Music Therapy license in the state of Alabama.
