Description

The ARLA Project seeks a highly organized individual willing to join our team as on our Project Manager. This person will be directly responsible for the management and strategic partnership with a cohort of districts and schools in our ARLA program. The Project Manager will demonstrate a commitment to our mission and be responsible for managing the ARLA Project under the supervision of the project's functional director. The individual will manage multiple tasks within the ARLA Project, participate in the development of project objectives, and is responsible for achieving objectives within defined parameters set by the University and project policies and procedures. This position requires the use of independent judgment to determine the best approach to accomplish objectives established in the project plan.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assists in project assessment and analysis.

2. Assists in the development of project objectives.

3. Develops and monitors project timelines.Manage space planning and equipment inventory/repair.

4. Meet cultivation and revenue goals.

5. Collaborate with districts to develop high-impact strategies related to program sustainability that engage families, communities, and local stakeholders.

6. Support the cultivation and onboarding of new district and school partners.

7. Identify and build relationships with community partners to enhance school support, understand the regional landscape and its impact on student achievement, and continue growth in the region.

8. Represent ARLA as the leader in providing STEM education and increased opportunity for student success for every school and every region we partner.

9. Build strong relationships with school-based and district leadership.

10. Coach school-based and district leaders to utilize data to develop strong academic programs in their schools, choose best practices for instruction, hire and train teachers, and implement and facilitate ARLA programming through continued communication, goal-setting, and clear expectations.

11. Collaborate with schools and districts to develop strategic plans, set goals, and integrate best practices that lead to sustainable programming and long-term continuation of ARLA strategies.

12. Partner with ARLA regional teams and the greater Programmatic Partnerships Team to help ensure the districts and schools we serve receive the best possible service and support.

13. Collaborate across all ARLA teams to help achieve organizational goals.

14. Available to Travel -50%

15. Perform other duties as assigned

Annual Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field and two (2) years of related experience. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
