PROGRAM DIRECTOR II

The ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform and enhance the center's strategic planning processes is needed. The position will benefit from previous experience in data analytics, data management, grant management, and communication. The ability to coordinate the collection, collation, and management of programmatic data and outputs across Center programs and partner institutions is needed.

Key Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Evaluation Design and Implementation: Collaborate with Center Leadership to develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation strategy for all center programs, ensuring integration with the center's overarching framework and specific research project goals. Refine data collection methods and tools to capture relevant metrics efficiently and accurately
  • Data Management and Reporting: Coordinate the collection, collation, and management of programmatic data and outputs Generate aggregated and detailed reports on program data for center leadership, core teams, and funders to demonstrate progress against strategic objectives. Ensure the availability of real-time data dashboards and reports that allow for adaptive management and continuous improvement of programs.
  • Tool Development and Implementation Support Strategic Planning Support: Utilize data-driven insights to inform and enhance the center's strategic planning processes. Implement program evaluations that provide actionable recommendations to optimize current initiatives and guide future programming. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for data and evaluation-related communications between center leadership, researchers, program staff, and external partners.
  • Resource Management: Customize data reports and tools to meet the diverse needs and goals of different center programs and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $67,000 - $83,000

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
