Compensation:
Pay Range: $81,525.00 - $132,475.00 / year

Job Description:

To manage daily quality improvement operations of rehabilitation services. Facilitate and oversee performance improvement projects to ensure all are documented, approved, implemented, monitored, revised as needed, and discontinued as outcomes are met. Extract and analyze data to identify areas of performance improvement and present to rehabilitation services leadership. Assist with monitoring compliance with regulatory agencies and survey readiness activities. Serve as a resource for rehabilitation services leadership and staff for quality-related tasks and projects.

Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, audiology) or nursing. Master's in Healthcare quality preferred. Three (3) years of experience working in a rehabilitation setting required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Current State of Alabama licensure to commensurate with healthcare degree (i.e., RN/BSN, PT, OT, ST, etc., for SRC Inpatient; PT, OT, ST, etc. for SRC Outpatient and Acute Care Therapy). Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required or obtained within 3 years of hire.
