Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,425 - $114,440 / year

Job Description:
To be responsible for the accurate and complete Charge Description Master in accordance with governmental regulations and payor billing requirements. To identify and implement hospital wide revenue cycle improvements to maximize reimbursements. To ensure all affiliated departments are properly trained on accurate and timely charging practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information Management or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently credentialed as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Coder[1]Hospital (CPC-H) by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) required.
