Description
DIRECTOR-ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS-SPH
To direct the financial affairs of a large, complex department within the School of Public Health (SPH). To act as a liaison with internal and external customers regarding financial matters and to provide management and coordination of human resources functions. To manage staff and to ensure completion of projects and proper functioning of business and program operations.
Key Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
- Directs and manages financial analysis/forecasting/budgeting, enforcement, space and facilities planning and grants administration
- Liaisons with internal and external customers regarding Biostatics
- Provides management and coordination of human resource functions in collaboration with department leadership
- Reviews, manages and reconciles accounts
- Processes financial documents including but not limited to journal entries, salary adjustments, and variance reports
- Manages staff to ensure completion of projects and proper functioning of business and program operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $85,600 - $139,100
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
