PATIENT REGISTRATION RECEPTIONIST-SOM (SELMA, AL) - (T217419)
Description
Under the supervision of Administrative Supervisor, the Patient Registration Receptionist will work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff and other personnel to ensure that patients welcomed and checked in per clinic protocols. They will verify patient insurance and identification, possess strong customer service skills and serve as an active member of a patient centered team caring for patients and families in a rural medical practice.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience required.
Preferred:
- Strong attention to detail
- Patient focused and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient population in a rural setting
