Position Summary:
To manage all aspects of the development and implementation of the Digital Strategy team's projects. To develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. To provide support to staff members in solving problems. To serve as a system administrator for UAB's various marketing systems. To develop and conduct training for new and existing team members. To build and support reports and dashboards for key campus partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage activities of project team, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Includes managing calendars of team members and processing documents in university systems.
- Develop, review, and maintain release and sprint documentation including requirements management plan, requirements traceability matrix, System Requirements Specification
- Provides support to staff members in solving problems, including case management with Salesforce Help & Support
- Serves as a system administrator for UAB’s various marketing systems including but not limited to Slack, Asana, Blackthorn.io Events, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoom Webinar.
- Build, test and deploy email campaigns including drafting and editing copy, layout, links, and dynamic content; own quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
- Develops and conducts training for all existing and new team members in various environments, including face-to-face, phone and virtual
- Builds and supports Salesforce reports and dashboards for key campus partners; Creates reports in various digital tools using, SQL, SAS, and native reporting tools
- Performs other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $55,180 - $66,836.76
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
