Position Summary:
This position will provide administrative support for the Division Administrator as well as faculty members within the division.
Performs standard clerical and administrative duties. Requires demonstrated knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the secretarial function usually gained through formal education in secretarial science or secretarial experience. Reads, prioritizes and routes incoming mail. Makes travel arrangements and reservations. Schedules appointments. Orders supplies, maintains databases and reports.
Assists with special projects. Drafts and types correspondence. May supervise other support personnel. May handle confidential information, dictation and transcription. May verify insurance and process medical record request.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role will be in charge of making travel arrangements, reservations, scheduling appointments/calendar management.
- Processing reimbursements in Oracle
- Working on special projects as well as helping with general office duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $15.00 – $21.63
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Proficient in Oracle (OnBase) Docusign, Adobe Sign skills
- Good communication
- interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
