Description
The Bionutrition Unit offers a variety of services to investigators in nutrition-related research. Dietitians are available to help plan, design, and implement the nutritional components of research protocols; recruit and screen research participants; and collect and analyze dietary intake data. Our Metabolic Kitchen's research cooks are specializing in preparing research meals.
Candidate will prepare food items for patients, visitors, and staff using specialized equipment. Must be able to communicate recipe and production issues to supervisors. Will assist in setting quality standards, establish workflow, and train production staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $17.95 - $29.20
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Three (3) years of related experience required. Certified as completed the Food Handler Training Course by the Jefferson County Department of Health within twenty-one (21) days from date of employment required.
