Description
To perform standard and some advanced secretarial duties under general supervision. To provide
administrative support to the managers and directors of assigned clinics. They will schedule patient appointments as needed and serve as Telehealth Coordinator for the division and cancel and block clinics as needed per faculty perform tasks to assist. Additionally, they will also contact patients with reminders calls regarding upcoming appointments
management in fulfilling their patient care obligations as well as the daily activities of the clinic.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provides confidential secretarial support.
2. Responsible for preparing correspondence to be distributed. Prepares presentations.
3. They will also assist in picking up and delivery of mail and review all documents received by mail and distribute appropriately.
4. Handles confidential information such as employees' personnel records and other literature
or correspondence.
5. Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences.
6. Distributes mail.
7. Edits Kronos/attendance log.
8. Responsible for coordination of clerical patient care operations.
9. Submit IT Tickets and assist with computer issues as needed.
40Hour Work Week
Expected Length of Assignment: 6 months
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of clerical experience involving standard secretarial duties
required.
