Program Coordinator I (Temp)

Description
Coordinates and performs administrative, personnel and logistical support for the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
Based on the qualifications of the applicant the position may perform some or all of the following:
Administrative duties:
- Collects and records preliminary data
- Recruits and performs follow-up with research participants
- Coordination and scheduling for program participants, supervisors and external parties
- General clerical duties including assisting with grant and contract preparation, reporting and submission
- Adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties
Serves as a liaison with medical staff, University Departments, ancillary departments and/or satellite facilities.
Data management. May compile and analyze data, develops and implements procedures, maintains records, tracks progress and
conducts quality assurance on data collected.
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5 pm
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
