Description
Under direct supervision, performs of a variety of routine clerical duties in support of office operations. Selects the correct process from several clearly prescribed steps.
Duties may consist of data entry, posting information to logs, typing labels and forms, maintaining filing systems, answering phones, greeting the public, copying material, delivering/tracking documents, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and other clerical duties of a non-complex nature.
- Clerical and administrative task related to the DPT Program admissions.
- Assist with organizing program events for the DPT program and all associated departmental activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This candidate with work with the Program Manger II with PTCAS and Kira regarding the admission of PT students.
Salary range: $29,120 - $31,200.00
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
