General Responsibilities:
The Program Manager II position supports the OSP Associate Director of Data Management and Systems with all systems related to the OSP day-to-day operations, including conversion, training, documentation, and quality control initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as the OSP systems liaison to UAB Central Administration. Perform as a team lead of system conversion and implementation projects. Provides support for OSP personnel regarding the processing of complex research projects, including proper workload assignment and system structure. Revises and creates OSP internal SOPs, workflows, and process documents as needed for system implementation. Designs efficient error correction process to ensure errors are identified and corrected in a timely fashion. Serves as OSP website content administrator, ensuring OSP web content is updated in a timely manner. Leads the OSP testing and validation efforts for current systems and future upgrades to ensure issue timely identification and resolution. Performs OSP report validation to ensure accuracy of information derived from the system for internal and external users. Assists as needed to resolve data clean-up efforts. Assists with quarterly NIH reconciliation project. Completes special projects as assigned by the Associate Director. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Salary Pay Range: $51,270 – $83,330
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.
