EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR

The Education Administrator role supports the efficient administration of the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program by managing resident records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. It oversees educational activities, including scheduling lectures, managing evaluations, and facilitating research events. The position also handles logistics for interviews, rotating students, conferences, and departmental events. Additionally, it provides support for key committees, maintains communication with residents and faculty, and assists with reporting and administrative duties to ensure smooth program operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To manage the activities and day-to-day operations of a complex educational program, which may include clerkship, medical student, resident and/or fellowship programs.
To manage the entire scope of the selection process, including developing and proposing selection criteria, prescreening, etc.
To ensure compliance with all national and university-related accreditation requirements for the program.
To oversee the maintenance of academic files for students, residents and/or fellows, including rotations, evaluations, curriculum and other critical documentation

Salary Range: $45,395- $73,770
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
And three (3) years of related experience required.
Work experience may only substitute for education requirement if experience is related to the design, delivery and evaluation of resident, medical student, fellowship or clerkship educational programs.
