Pay Range: $20.80 - $33.80 / Hourly

Job Description:
General Responsibilities To perform non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures which may include transcranial doppler studies, neurovascular ultrasounds, digital EEG, transmissions for Outreach hospital, Ambulatory EEG, and Carotid endarectomy. To employ various techniques and operate conventional and/or portable equipment to perform a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures. To demonstrate awareness of neurodiagnostic safety and promote equipment checks and maintenance to ensure a safe operating environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Performs non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures. Assists with maintenance of equipment, examination rooms and supplies.
2. Transcribes procedure reports into Horizon.
3. Submits billing and other charges.
4. Performs outpatient scheduling. Greets and verifies scheduled patient, assists patient according to needs, and explains procedures in terms of purpose, methods, equipment, duration, and desired results.
5. Performs procedures for research studies as needed.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED required. May require one (1) year of related experience, depending on location. Licenses / Certifications / Registrations None required.
