Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,425.00 - $114,440.00 / year

Job Description:
Under the leadership of the clinical manager, to assume responsibilities to ensure daily efficient operations within designated area of responsibility within the laboratory. To rotate supervisor on-call coverage. As delegated by the director, to lead processes relative to the validation of new instruments and/or methods, reagent quality control information and equipment maintenance/issue resolution. To perform 2nd review and final sign-off of test results. To lead training in assigned testing methodology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical science field and five (5) years histocompatibility testing experience in an ASHI accredited laboratory required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently certified as a Certified Histocompatibility Specialist (CHS) by the American College of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ACHI) required.
