Description
This position will provide secretarial and administrative support to the department of Anatomic Pathology.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports 4 to 5 faculty members including Department Heads.
- Maintains faculty's calendars
- Screens appointment requests as to appropriateness, content, and time requirement.
- Initiates, prepares, and processes administrative documents (i.e. drafts and types correspondence as directed).
- Performs general office duties (i.e. answer phones, processes mail, etc.).
- Establishes and maintains electronic office files for faculty and divisional records.
- Updates job manual with standard operating procedures and other procedural guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 - $24.40
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
