PROGRAM MANAGER II

Responsible for administratively managing a large or complex University program or multiple programs. Provides input in the development of program plan and objectives with responsibility for achieving objectives within defined parameters. Typically supervises small staffs and are responsible for long range planning. Responsibilities include budgeting, networking/public relations, technical training and assistance, grant and report writing. May handle regulatory responsibilities, contract submissions and identify research funding. May handle event planning and oversight of construction projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing procedures as required by protocol, including recruitment, screening, scheduling, consenting participants, conducting study visits.
- (Bilingual - Spanish English)Responsible for fostering relations with community partners such as community-based organizations, health clinics, schools, faith-based organizations, clubs, and neighborhood groups.
- (Bilingual - Spanish English)Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics
Bilingual (speaks both Spanish English) to focus on goal of engaging populations that would not normally participate or be engaged in specified research trial.
Salary Range: $51,270 - $83,300
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- And five (5) years of related experience required
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
