Compensation:
Pay Range: $81,525.00 - $132,475.00 / year

Job Description:

To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis.

· Manage and support IT projects and customer support functions, specifically for healthcare-related systems, ensuring effective troubleshooting, system updates, and seamless end-user experiences.

· Deliver end-user training and create clear, concise documentation (e.g., user manuals, technical reports) to support healthcare IT solutions, while ensuring accessibility to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language and providing clear explanations of system functionality and solutions.

· Apply strong attention to detail and critical thinking to identify and resolve issues, leveraging technology to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency within healthcare IT systems.

· Independently manage multiple IT projects, effectively prioritizing tasks and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

· Utilize a solid understanding of healthcare business processes, particularly within the revenue cycle, to optimize IT systems and ensure integration with clinical and administrative operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Preferred Skills:

Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new software applications and adapt to evolving technologies.

Prior experience working with hospital IT systems, particularly Revenue Cycle Applications.

Proficiency with SQL, including the ability to create and troubleshoot queries.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
