Description
Supports department information systems requirements and objectives. Consults with system users and makes software and/or hardware recommendations. Installs and/or develops customized software as required. Provides training and documentation of software. Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs as necessary any department hardware and peripherals. May maintain department file server, i.e. back-ups, additions and deletion of users, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tier 1 Support
- Configure PC/Mac
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software
- Assist with computer image creation Configure and troubleshoot printer, copier, etc.
- Maintain and support conference room equipment
- Proficient in Windows OS, Mac OS, smartphone, tablets
- Consult with vendors on troubleshooting and solution
Salary Range: $18.85 - $23.00
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
