Description
To review requests and determine appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and conformance with established regulations. To assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies. To collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed. Assist in day to day needs of the University Purchasing Program (P-Card).
Hourly Pay Range:$17.95 - $18.49
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Experience in university purchasing or in other industry purchasing departments preferred but not required.
