Compensation:
Pay Range: $114,710.00 – $186,405.00 / year.

Job Description:
To direct operations of service line units and associated hospital personnel. To serve as the primary liaison between hospital administration and clinical leadership from the School of Medicine and relevant departments and divisions in planning and maintenance of robust performance plan with timelines, outcomes and deliverables. To develop and maintains standards to support efficient care delivery and uses appropriate internal and industry benchmarking standards where appropriate. To plan, prepare, implement, monitor, and control the service line operational and capital budget to ensure sound fiscal management consistent with the goals of the hospital. To establish measurable goals and objectives to support and promote optimal performance including, but not limited to, patient satisfaction, staff engagement, workload, productivity, utilization, procedure turnaround time, top of license practice, and operational quality. To collaborate with clinical partners on interdisciplinary performance improvement. To direct and manage the technical and administrative operations of responsible programs and departments. To direct human resource functions in a manner consistent with HR management practices and policies including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, coaching and disciplining staff.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing or a related field and seven (7) years experience working in an acute inpatient environment, mental health, substance use treatment or other healthcare related field required. Work experience may NOT substituted for education requirement.
