Compensation:
Pay Range: $109,250 - $177,530 / year

Job Description:
In this role, you will work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to provide excellent patient care for our acute care patients.
· To supervise and evaluate pharmaceutical services in an assigned area including maintaining adequate staffing levels.
· To ensure pharmacy operations conform to all applicable internal and external regulations, are fiscally sound and promote quality patient care.
· Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to achieve departmental, as well as, health-system goals.
· Provides pharmaceutical care as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
