Pay Range: $18.85 - $30.65 / hour

Job Description:
Using Smart Square scheduling software, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the optimization of float and PRN staffing schedules to ensure that Imaging is appropriately staffed to meet patient care needs. Experience and Education: Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. Competencies: Document and track metrics about satisfaction and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with staff, assignments, or client organizations. Provide guidance and orientation to staff to prepare them for assignments. Communicate with client organizations and build strong, long-term relationships. Recruit, interview, evaluate, and assign staff to meet client organization needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience. Knowledge of Smart Square preferred.
