Compensation:
Salary Range: $77,640 - $126,170 / year

Job Description:

To coordinate education, training, orientation and competencies for all Rehab Services employees. To evaluate clinical education and training needs and plan, develop and coordinate programs including new employee orientation and continuing education. To provide support to the learner community. To collaborate with management and discipline-specific specialists to review and revise relevant education and training standards as appropriate. To oversee the Rehab Education Committee and recommend approval for continuing education requests.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently registered as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or (RPT) by the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy; currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) by the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy (ASBOT); or currently licensed with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) by the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA) required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
