Compensation:
Pay Range: $73,945 - $120,165 / year

Job Description:
Manages all aspects of the Release of Information functions for UAB Medicine, including internal releases, releases performed by the ROI vendor and releases performed by clinics or anyone releasing UAB Medicine patient records.

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) and three (3) years of experience as an ROI supervisor or HIM manager and five (5) years of experience working with an electronic medical record required. Must possess extensive knowledge of Federal and State Law pertaining to ROI. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
