TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST SENIOR - (T216226)

Description

Leads recruitment projects and initiatives. Develops employer branding strategies to attract talent. Mentors and coaches junior team members. Implements diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment. Leads initiatives to streamline and innovate recruitment processes, leveraging technology, automation and best-in-class tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. May implement new sourcing techniques optimizing candidate experience or introducing predictive analytics for talent forecasting.

Salary Range: $58,660.00 - $76,255.00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leads recruitment projects and initiatives.

2. Builds and maintains relationships with candidates, including those that may be a good fit for future opportunities. May nurture talent pipelines, engage with candidates through personalized communication and provide career guidance and/or resources.

3. Develops employer branding strategies to attract talent.

4. Serves as the go-to resource for recruitment expertise within the department Mentors and coaches junior team members. Stays updated on industry trends and best practices.

5. Implements diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

6. Leads initiatives to streamline and innovate recruitment processes, leveraging technology, automation and best-in-class tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. May implement new sourcing techniques optimizing candidate experience or introducing predictive analytics for talent forecasting.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
