Position Summary:

Supervises employees and operations in a designated area. Responsible for employee training, auditing, product or service quality control, establishing productivity standards, performance issues, staffing, payroll and other matters associated with the productivity and operations of assigned area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision direction, ensuring exceptional quality and timely service is provided.
• Oversee Clinical schedule and training (QGenda).
• Provide technical guidance and assistance.Initiate process improvements.
• Manage schedules and deadlines.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $45,395 - $73,770

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Minimum hiring rate must meet the most current FLSA guidelines for salary level and basis to remain exempt.

• Must be self-directed/self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to: (1) perform a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency.
