Compensation:
Pay Range: $104,045.00 - $169,075.00 / year

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work in collaboration with the pharmacy team, providers, clinic and nursing staff to provide excellent patient care for infusion therapy patients.
· Medication Therapy Coordination- including reviews for medication appropriateness and monitoring medication therapy
· Evaluate appropriateness of chemotherapy and interdisciplinary clinic infusion orders which includes extensive clinical review
· Provide patient education and medication expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
· Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent (3 years relevant experience)
· PGY2 or Board Certification in Oncology
· Experience working in an academic medical center
· Relevant hematology/oncology work experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
