The Maintenance Technician shall be fully qualified to repair and install heating, air conditioning, ventilating, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. He or she shall be familiar with preventive maintenance programs and must be familiar with the building structure to the extent that any problem in these areas can be successfully handled without dependency on the supervisor.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift heavy weights.
Must be willing to take calls on a rotating basis.
Minimum of two year's experience in the technical aspects of heating, air conditioning, ventilating, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment is preferred.
HVAC certification preferred.
