Job Description
The Filling Team Member is responsible for forming, trimming, cleaning, and preparing cushions for packaging and shipment. This role helps ensure cushions are completed according to schedule, meet company quality standards, and are properly prepared for boxing.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a production environment while maintaining safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

What You Do
- Prepares cushions according to the production schedule.
- Forms, trims, cleans, and completes final preparation of cushions for packaging.
- Identifies appropriate package size for cushions and verifies the correct cushions are placed in cartons.
- Ensures product quality meets company standards.
- Keeps work area clean, organized, and swept.
- Completes current work before moving to an additional production schedule.
- Completes final preparation of cushions to be boxed for shipment.
- Works safely and supports a safe work environment for self and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior production or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30-40 pounds.

- Cushions are prepared and completed according to schedule.
- Product quality meets company standards.
- Correct cushions are placed in the appropriate cartons.
- Work area remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Daily production expectations, including boxes completed per day, are met.
- Work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with team expectations.
