We are seeking a President to serve as the senior operating leader of Gabriella White, driving the disciplined execution of our annual business plan and holding our C-Suite accountable for results. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Executive Chairman. This is not a caretaker role. We need an operator who can take a bold, family-owned vision and turn it into measurable, company-wide performance, integrating every major function of the business, eliminating silos, and building a leadership team that executes with clarity, urgency, and discipline. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a track record of running P&L at scale, developing high-performing leaders, and making the hard calls required to move a growing organization forward.

What You Do

  • Own execution of the annual business plan, faithfully delivering against P&L objectives and company-wide performance commitments.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to build the annual and long-range strategic plan, then translate it into functional priorities and measurable goals across every department.
  • Run the weekly Executive Management meeting and maintain an operating rhythm that drives accountability company-wide.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the C-Suite accountable for performance, alignment, and results.
  • Source, interview, and recommend candidates for C-Suite and key management roles; champion succession planning across all key functions.
  • Integrate every major operating function of the business, eliminating silos and driving shared priorities across teams.
  • Filter and translate the CEO's vision into functional, executable plans, removing complexity and barriers wherever they slow the business down.
  • Maintain full accountability for company P&L in partnership with Finance, including budget, capital investment, and forecast performance.
  • Evaluate potential acquisition targets using the company's proven evaluation process.
  • Champion and model our DESIGN core values, reinforcing a healthy, high-performance culture at every level of the organization.
  • Visit stores, licensees, and key customers regularly to reinforce brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Represent Gabriella White at major trade shows, industry events, and with key customers and partners.
  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI tools across every function, establishing governance standards and driving AI literacy across the leadership team and broader organization.
  • Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support operational oversight and brand initiatives.

How Success is Measured

  • Achieves Annual Revenue and Net Income vs. Plan.
  • Delivers Annual Revenue Growth and Annual Goal Completion Rate targets.
  • Achieves Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
  • Completes Quarterly Performance Management Reviews on time, every time.
  • Drives strong results on the Annual Organizational Health and Employee Engagement surveys.
  • Builds and sustains a healthy, cohesive leadership team.
  • Delivers measurable AI Adoption and ROI from AI initiatives, including operational savings and productivity gains.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive business leadership experience, including 10–15 years in an executive role.
  • Proven track record as a President, COO, or equivalent senior operating leader, with direct accountability for annual plan execution and multi-functional team leadership.
  • Superb analytical skills and demonstrated financial acumen, including full P&L management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing executive team — comfortable making the tough calls when performance demands it.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; exceptional executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics and business principles across functional areas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to disciplined operating systems and processes, applied with consistency across the organization.
  • Working proficiency with AI platforms and LLM tools, with the ability to lead organizational adoption.
  • Passionate customer and brand advocate, with the ability to represent the company externally at the highest level.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
