Job Description

If you’re the kind of retail leader who gets energized by owning a region, elevating leaders, and turning a great brand experience into undeniable results, this is your seat at the table. As our Regional Director of Retail, you’ll be the driver of momentum across multiple store locations, building a strong bench of Store Managers, raising the bar on execution, and creating a consistent, elevated client experience aligned with our “GIFT” standard, while partnering closely with our Vice President of Retail to push the business forward. This role is built for someone who loves being in the field, thrives on accountability, and wants real influence over performance, culture, and growth across an assigned territory (with travel expected). This position provides leadership for retail stores located in Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; and Jacksonville, FL and requires regular travel within the region. The ideal candidate will be based in Birmingham, AL, with flexibility to travel frequently to all assigned locations.

What You Do

  • Lead and develop Store Management across a multi-location region, setting clear expectations and holding leaders accountable for results
  • Own regional sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned locations
  • Coach leaders through regular site visits, performance reviews, and structured feedback
  • Translate company strategy into consistent execution at the store level
  • Use financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Drive CRM adoption, sales effectiveness, and customer experience standards across the region
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, IT, Payroll, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and in-store experience are consistently elevated
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline through intentional talent development and succession planning

How Success Is Measured

  • Regional Sales Order Entry
  • Regional Invoiced Sales to Budget
  • Net Income to Budget
  • Dollars per Transaction (ADT)
  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Conversion Rage driven by CRM utilization
  • Store-level execution consistency and overall financial health across the region

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Training, Human Resources, Design, or a related field (preferred
  • Proven experience leading multi-unit retail or sales operations with measurable results
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort interpreting P&Ls, budgets, and performance metrics
  • A coaching mindset with the ability to influence and develop leaders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, and relationship-centered
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on in the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in luxury, design-driven, or premium retail environments (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to stay closely connected to teams and performance
