What You’ll Do
- Sew a variety of pillows and cushions while following assigned production schedules
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing feet and folders and threading spools and bobbins
- Maintain a clean, organized work area; sweep and remove trash during repair week
- Rotate between sewing stations as needed to support production flow
- Perform other duties as assigned
How Success Is Measured
- Meeting production schedules based on skill level and ability to sew specific styles, including flatwork, cushions, zippers, borders, and slipcovers
- Consistently meeting company quality standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sewing experience required
- Ability to perform leather sewing, serging, and double-needle sewing
- Ability to read documentation and translate instructions into a finished product
- Strong hand-eye coordination with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a demonstrated strong work ethic
