Job Description
Gabriella White is looking for a data-driven, brand-savvy E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead and scale our Pure Play and digital marketplace strategy for Summer Classics and Gabby. This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a build, optimize, and elevate role. You’ll own growth strategy, inventory productivity, digital merchandising excellence, and marketplace relationships while driving measurable revenue and margin impact across our digital channels.

What You Do
- Lead growth strategy across marketplace and proprietary e-commerce channels.
- Own marketplace partner relationships and deliver quarterly business reviews.
- Drive inventory productivity and optimize assortment performance.
- Execute advertising and promotional strategies to improve visibility and ROI.
- Ensure "Perfect SKU" digital asset completeness and merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate product data within the PIM system across channels.
- Accelerate new product launches and streamline onboarding workflows.
- Build and monitor dashboards for sales, margin, inventory, and channel KPIs.
- Partner cross-functionally to align pricing, assortment, and channel strategy.
- Identify tools and automation opportunities to scale performance.

- Damage and RMA reduction vs. plan
- Speed to launch new SKUs on Pure Play accounts

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of e-commerce or marketplace management experience.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and margin growth in digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting sles and performance data.
- Experience managing marketplace platforms and advertising programs.
- Understanding of online merchandising standards and marketplace algorithms.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
