Job Description:

At Regions, the Wholesale Digital Product Senior Manager is a senior position and member of the Regions’ Digital Leadership Team. This position is accountable for Corporate Banking’s digital front door, a unified platform that enables seamless, secure access to onboarding, servicing, and a broad range of services and capabilities through a single-entry point. This position translates Corporate Banking’s digital vision into a clear, sequenced, multi-year roadmap with defined outcomes, investment needs, and delivery milestone, maturing the digital vision and ensuring initiatives are execution ready and aligned to organizational standards. This position owns a dedicated digital product organization and partners with internal business areas to deliver client-centric experiences and enable automation, artificial intelligence (AI) enabled capabilities, and modular feature enhancements. Additionally, this position establishes governance, clarifies decision rights, and drives disciplined execution and trade-off decisions to align investment, capacity, and priorities to growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Translates the CBG Connected Bank North Star into actionable, phased digital initiatives with clear outcomes
  • Leads cross‑functional product teams delivering CBG digital onboarding and servicing capabilities
  • Owns defined portions of the CBG digital product roadmap and execution plan
  • Partners closely with Treasury Management and other CBG functions to deliver client‑centric solutions
  • Drives alignment across Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and enterprise partners
  • Enables prioritization and sequencing decisions across competing initiatives and dependencies
  • Ensures solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to enterprise platforms and standards
  • Establishes and operates within governance frameworks to support disciplined delivery and value tracking
  • Monitors execution progress, risks, and delivery performance, escalating issues as needed
  • Supports investment and capacity planning aligned to strategic priorities
  • Promotes product‑led and agile ways of working within teams and partner functions
  • Communicates progress, outcomes, and risks effectively to senior leaders and Digital Leadership Team members
  • Partners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company’s risk appetite
  • Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in digital, product management, technology, or enterprise transformation roles
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years of business-related experience to include digital technology, product management, project management, process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations/product line or relevant work experience
  • Three (3) years of project management experience in a business unit or other role
  • Three (3) years of supervisory/management experience
  • Agile program management experience
  • Experience operating in a regulated financial services environment

Preferences

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) or Scaled Agile (SA) Certification
  • Scaled Agile SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. The locations available for this role are Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
