At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals as part of Home Improvement Financing’s Marketing and Contractor Training Division. The role is responsible for driving results by building, executing and monitoring effective marketing functions. This position oversees advertisement, various marketing campaigns, client communications, sales promotions, direct mail, social media, and online presence.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contributes to strategic direction and planning including annual marketing strategies to set marketing goals and objectives
- Assists with the delivery of the value proposition and go to market strategy to contribute to the growth of the company
- Takes responsibility for planning, organizing, training, staffing, and managing marketing functions to achieve the company’s objectives
- Oversees risk and compliance of material produced by marketing
- Ensures company projects a consistent marketing message that is in line with the company's needs
- Develops vertical market strategies to capture increased market share
- Achieves business line goals and initiatives with a focus on revenue generation and product development
- Oversees the campaign management for email, direct mail, digital, and other mediums
- Takes responsibility for public relations efforts including industry articles, press releases, and advertorials
- Manages development of marketing communication and client-facing material
- Develops trade show strategies
- Leads generation initiatives
- Initiates and supervises special projects
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and eight (8) years of experience in marketing
- Or Associate's degree in Marketing or related field and ten (10) years of experience in marketing
- Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience in marketing
- Management experience

- Graduate degree in related field

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
