Job Description:
At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Senior Marketing Communications Manager oversees the development and execution of external communications related to businesses, customer service, and community engagement. This position’s goal is to enhance brand recognition and reputation to drive business growth.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and executes communication strategies that complement each of the businesses’ strategic plans and marketing plans
- Collaborates with internal partners to share success stories that illustrate key internal communication themes and supports reinforcing or strengthening the culture
- Develops strategies to advance thought leadership in the business segments and collaborates with Executive Communications on white papers, speeches, and other content to advance those strategies
- Executes a regular cadence of campaigns that advance community initiatives and/or business initiatives
- Collects data to understand message performance and fully optimizes messages within the marketplace and according to audience
- Serves as the marketing message strategy subject matter expert to internal business partners
- Oversees the development of unique customer communications: pricing schedules, collateral, customer letters required for legal, branch consolidation, mergers, etc.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and seven (7) years of communications, marketing, or related experience
- Or Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and nine (9) years of communications, marketing, or related experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and eleven (11) years of communications, marketing, or related experience

- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and applicable products, services, and data

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
